Consistent quality, returning customer

This was my third order from Eyemellow, and they're still reliable. I got the green toric lenses again, and the color is as vibrant as my last pair. The fit is always good for my astigmatism, which is why I keep coming back. Shipping was pretty standard, about 10 days this time, which is what I've come to expect. It's nice not to worry about quality changes between orders.

Good lenses, slow shipping

I ordered a pair of grey toric lenses. The prescription was accurate and they felt comfortable, even with my astigmatism. Shipping took a bit longer than I expected, around 12 days to get to me in Texas, which was a little frustrating. But the product itself was good for the price I paid.

Decent daily lenses, some issues

I decided to try their daily disposable contacts, specifically the hazel color. The ordering process was straightforward; I uploaded my prescription without any trouble. They shipped out fairly quickly, but then it felt like they sat in customs for a few days before reaching me in California, which added about 5 days to the total transit time, making it close to two weeks. When they arrived, the packaging was fine. The lenses themselves are comfortable for about 6-7 hours, after that, my eyes started to feel a bit dry, so I needed eye drops. The color looks natural, which I liked. I reached out to support with a question about wear time and they got back to me in about 2 days, which was okay. Overall, a decent option for daily use if you don't need them in for a full 10-12 hour day.

What's the return policy like if these toric lenses don't fit right? Kinda nervous about buying custom ones online.

A Ashley Gonzalez 1 week ago
Hmm, for custom toric lenses, I think returns are a bit trickier. I'd definitely check their specific policy on that before ordering, just to be safe. I know generic ones are easier.

I haven't returned custom ones myself, but usually with prescription stuff like that, it can be tougher unless there's a defect. Might be worth reaching out to their support about it.

Are these real? Like, not fake contacts? I've heard some sites sell sketchy stuff.

S Sofia Garcia 4 weeks ago
They seem legit to me, I've ordered a few times and never had issues. My eye doctor even said they looked fine.

I was worried about that too but they claim to be FDA approved, so that's a good sign. No problems with mine.

Can I use more than one discount code? I have a first-time buyer one and saw an influencer code too.

M Mary Allen 1 month ago
Nah, pretty sure it's just one code per order. Tried to stack before and it didn't work for me.

They only let you use one discount code at checkout. It's usually the best one that applies though, so pick wisely!

Thinking about getting some for Halloween. Do they usually have good sales around then?

M Melissa Jackson 3 weeks ago
Oh for sure! Halloween is one of their biggest sale times. You'll definitely see some good deals.

Yep, definitely wait for a Halloween sale. They go pretty hard with discounts then.

How do you give them your prescription details? Do you just type it in or send a picture?

T Tim P. 3 weeks ago
You usually just enter it when you select the lens power and stuff. There's fields for sphere, cylinder, axis, etc.

It's all part of the product selection process. You input the numbers for each eye when you add to cart. Pretty straightforward.

Hey, wondering how long shipping usually takes to California for these contacts? Need them before a trip in a few weeks.

S Sam Martinez 3 weeks ago
Mine took about 2 weeks to get to me in Oregon, so Cal should be similar. They ship internationally so it's not super fast but not horrible.

Yeah, I'd say plan for 2-3 weeks to be safe. My last order got here in 10 days but that was a quick one.

I have pretty dark eyes, will the bright colors actually show up well on them?

P Patricia Scott 3 weeks ago
I have super dark brown eyes and the bright blue ones I got looked awesome. They're designed for dark eyes.

Yeah, check out some reviews with pics, you'll see they do a good job. I was surprised how vibrant mine were.

How do these compare to like, TTDEYE? Are they better or just different?

A Amber G. 1 month ago
I've tried both. EyeMellow seems to have more options for astigmatism, which is a big plus for me. Comfort-wise they're pretty similar in my experience.

J Jacob Moore 1 month ago
I found EyeMellow's color range for dark eyes a bit more natural looking compared to some TTDEYE ones, but that's just my taste. Both are solid though.
